PLC / SCADA Programming, including remote access

RIC ELECTRICS AND ALLEN-BRADLEY – THE RIVERINA’S CLASS LEADERS IN PLC SYSTEMS

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) are mini-computers used in industry to control a wide variety of automated processes.

The Allen-Bradley range of PLCs is considered best-in-class and RIC Electrics are among only a handful of Australian electrical contractors formally accredited as Systems Integrators by the US company, a subsidiary of Rockwell Automation.

Rugged, robust and reliable, Allen-Bradley PLCs are built to perform in the harshest environments, withstanding constant vibration, dust, moisture, and extremes of temperature.

RIC Electrics has delivered many successful projects including abattoir, oilseed processing plant, water treatment plant upgrades. Our upgrade of the Albury City Council Water Treatment Plant won the National Electrical Contractors Association’s 2017 Excellence Award in the Small Industrial Category (NSW).

RIC Electrics has designed and installed many remotely accessible PLC/SCADA systems throughout the Riverina, regional NSW and Northern Victoria.

WE’VE MADE SCADA QUICK AND SIMPLE

RIC Electrics designs and programs Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems to manage more complex automated industrial processes, typically in conjunction with a PLC.

RIC Electrics’ SCADA systems combine computers, networked data communications and graphical user interfaces to monitor and manage high-level automated processes, interfacing with plant or machinery via a PLC or other discrete PID controllers.

Our SCADA systems display data on a screen in a simple visual format, allowing users to monitor and control automated processes quickly and easily. Data can be recorded and programed in various forms for future analysis, with values adjusted directly on screen.
